We are sorry but we won’t change our position and understand that you would prefer to order somewhere else.
We do not accept online payment anymore from first time customers because we are not sellers of the products and in case a payment is later cancelled by the credit card company for any reason we would have to pay for a product that we didn’t sell and on which we didn’t make any profit (our only profit is the personal shopper service fee).
Thank you for being so kind and give us a chance to sell you some products even though you said that comments about our company are not so good on the internet, it’s a chance that someone as famous as you give us this chance.
But the problem is that it is simply impossible to find any negative comment about us on the internet because we only sell the best products and the best quality.
Also, we have customers buying for thousand dollar products and we think that it’s not a big risk for someone like you to spend $221.00 on a small order as this one, which is the minimum that our customers order to sample our products, sorry.
You might think that it’s safer to pay by credit card but it’s wrong because you won’t be able to be refunded if you claim that the product or quality is not what you wanted. The only reason why you could be refunded would be that we do not send your order, but we of course, always send orders, and we only send the best quality of products, because we have no interest in selling anything that doesn’t match customers expectations: our only profit is the shopping service fee and we just expect that customers use our service again, so if our products were bad we would have no chance to have returning customers.
Finally we already have enough customers and do not wish to engage in any business with people who do not trust our service or products quality (actually we do not ask to trust, we ask to check our products by ordering at least 1 sample).
We are sorry but somebody as famous as you and with your connections can certainly find the same quality as our virgin hair extensions for the same price, so we hope that it’s not much inconvenience for you.
