      The picture I sent you were of tourist who went to Thailand and bought the 100% Cambodian Hair wholesale.
      They themselves are retailing the hair and will not give away that information.
      I have googled these wholesalers, checked B2B sites like Alibaba, Aliexpress, EC21, Tradekey, and DHGate. The sellers on these sites are from China and usually sell hair that imitates Cambodian hair. I would rather buy it from someone in the Thailand or Cambodian region.
      Here are some more pictures of places they went in Thailand, hopes it has some clues in it.

      I hope these outdoor pictures provide some clue. However it does not have to be the same place I just want to find a wholesale supplier of 100% Virgin Cambodian Hair.
