We usually use EMS which is delivered by Chronopost in France, this is the best way to avoid having any customs fee to pay.
Fedex or UPS might offer a better insurance but the chance to have to pay customs fee is close to 80% and they might not accept a cheaper item price declaration (but we can try).
What we can propose you is to send the 2 watches by EMS in different parcels, it will cost more than only 1 parcel but it will be safer and it’s almost impossible that you have to pay any importation tax.
